Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox were side by side in LA last night for the Crystal + Lucy Awards, where Courteney was honored for her work in the entertainment industry. Courteney will soon show her versatility by switching gears from the comedy of Cougar Town to horror for the upcoming Scream 4. Now, rumor has it that has Jennifer may make a cameo in the movie as well! It will be the Friends stars' first collaboration since 2007, when Jennifer and Courteney had their famous kiss on Dirt. There's been talk of Jennifer appearing on Cougar Town since it started, but this would be another fun place to see them together. Last night was the big Crystal + Lucy Awards ceremony in LA. The awards generally celebrate women in film and television, and last night the honorees were people like Zoe Saldana (”Face of the Future” award), Eva Marie Saint (Legacy Series Spotlight tribute) and Courteney Cox (an award for excellence in television). Jennifer Aniston “surprised” everyone by showing up to support Courteney. I guess Jennifer didn’t RSVP? Who knows. At first I thought Courteney didn’t look too thrilled to see Aniston, considering Cox is making grumpy faces in most of the photos. But I don’t think her face will move beyond that expression, honestly. Her face has gotten to the point where I barely recognize her as the once-gorgeous young television actress - she could be Janice Dickinson’s more-Botoxed sister at this point. Jennifer looks pretty though.

Anyway, I only care about the fashion. My guess is that the dress code is supposed to be business-cocktail, and most people pretty much adhered to that. Here’s Emily Blunt in an interesting black dress… I don’t care for her makeup job though:

Zoe was one the few girls wearing white, so she stood out. The dress isn’t bad or anything, I just wish she (and her stylist Rachel Zoe) would change it up a little with the big collars, big shirts, big, big, big. Why not go streamlined for one appearance?

Busy Phillips looks like hell. That is one unflattering dress:

Rachel Griffiths: great actress, hideous dresser. She kept it low-key in black, though. Meh. At least it wasn’t pink ruffles, like that one time at the Golden Globes.

Leslie Mann and her husband Judd Apatow. I think Leslie is so pretty, but… eh. It’s mostly the weird hair that ruins it for me for this appearance:

Debra Messing’s shoes don’t fit. Other than that, meh.

I thought Laura Dern was Darryl Hannah. That’s not a good thing.

My Lord, Sally Field just looks a million times better than many of the ladies half (or even a third) of her age. I love her suit.

Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox matched in black at the Women in Film Crystal and Lucy Awards in LA last night. The theme of the evening was "A New Era" and Courteney also spent some quality time laughing and posing with one of the evening's up-and-coming stars, Vanessa Hudgens. Jennifer is back from her month in Hawaii filming Just Go With It where she showed off that amazing bikini body she works so hard to maintain. Last year Jen was the recipient of the Excellence in Film statue at the awards, and she famously joked on stage about her movie titles mirroring her love life. This time it was Courteney's turn to be among the honorees, as was "Face of the Future" Zoe Saldana. The Avatar actress mixed things up in her flirty white dress while all the rest of the women, also including Emily Blunt, were monochrome in their dark dresses. David Arquette came to support his wife, so it wasn't just a girls' night out, but there was a lot of love for the ladies as they celebrated each other's careers.

I remember this gossip from when it all began a few months ago. Someone got photos of Courteney Cox and her Cougar Town costar Brian Van Holt walking somewhere close to a motel or something. That’s pretty much the basis for Star Magazine’s “Oh, they’re totally f-cking” story. Brian and Courteney hang out together a lot even though Cougar Town has finished filming their season. Oh, and they had dinner together too. Alone. Okay… maybe they are f-cking.

Cougar Town costars Courteney Cox and Brian Van Holt have been spotted out together four times in less than four weeks since their sitcom wrapped in early April. And Courteney’s husband, David Arquette, was nowhere in sight!

Star has obtained an exlcusive photo of Courteney and Brian enjoying dinner at Malibu’s Coral Beach Cantina on May 7 without her husband of 10 years and their 5-year-old daughter, Coco.

“They were drinking beer and having chips and salsa in the back of the outdoor patio,” says an eyewitness at Coral Beach Cantina. “They looked like they were holding hands at the side of their table!”

Things got even more intimate when the two parted ways after dinner and Brian gave Courteney what appeared to be a kiss goodbye, says the eyewitness.
