Kate Bosworth and Alexander Skarsgard stopped to pick up supplies from a Bristol Farms in LA on Sunday and were soon off to a friend's Fourth of July party. Alex and Kate have been all about spending time together when he's not working on True Blood - they stepped out to watch the World Cup last weekend, then joined his costars at a cast party. The pair were among the many celebrities who spent Independence Day with their nearest and dearest, but Alexander headed out of town on a solo trip yesterday afternoon.

Reese Witherspoon had a great deal of male company at a Fourth of July party in Malibu on Sunday - she caught up with pals Tim Robbins and Sean Penn after arriving with her boyfriend Jim Toth and son Deacon. Reese also had the pre-holiday joy of filming with Robert Pattinson late into Friday night on the LA set of Water for Elephants. With production of their movie going on not far from Reese's home, she's been lucky to spend her downtime with Jim and her kids. This weekend was special due to Independence Day, so Reese was able to catch up with friends she hasn't seen much while working.

Between her birthday and the Fourth of July, there didn't seem to be a dull moment in Lindsay Lohan's weekend.
