Matt Damon arrived at LAX last night and stopped to greet a few fans before getting into his awaiting car. The actor is in California ahead of this weekend's award shows - he's up for not one, but two Golden Globes - fill out Buzz's ballot for a chance to win big! Matt has lots of chances coming up to walk away a winner, but unfortunately his beloved Patriots, whose hat he was sporting, got knocked out of the playoffs over the weekend. At least that means he won't be missing out on a game when he's walking the red carpet.

Taylor Lautner was was decked out in black and showing some muscle Saturday during a trip to his gym in LA. He's coming off another natural high following his multiple wins at last week's People's Choice Awards, and he's expected to be back for more red carpet fun as a presenter at Sunday's Golden Globes - don't forget to fill out Buzz's ballot! Taylor won't be the only Twilight star at the show, since Anna Kendrick is nominated as a Best Supporting Actress for her work in Up in the Air. Taylor and Anna are still waiting, like the rest of us, to know what will happen with Breaking Dawn - apparently production on the film is on hold until Stephenie Meyer says it's OK to break her book into two parts.

Matthew McConaughey took a break from helping Camila take care of baby Vida and headed to Pasadena yesterday to watch his beloved Longhorns play in the BCS National Championship Game. He met up with Reese Witherspoon, who spent the day sporting team spirit of her own, and Deacon decked out in orange. Both Reese and Matthew grabbed a beer for some tailgating before kick off. Little Levi didn't get to tag along, but was full of spirit on a walk with both his grandmothers in Malibu. Unfortunately for the Texas fans, the game didn't go their way and Alabama took home the title. MM's been known to be a regular sports lover and athletic Reese looks right at home showing Deacon the excitement of the big game.

Levi McConaughey broke out one of his many hats Monday for a stroll in Malibu with his grandmother Kay McConaughey. Kay kept an eye on Levi while his parents Matthew and Camila took care of their new baby - daughter Vida was born on Sunday! Matthew's dad duties didn't keep him away from his regular workouts and he was spotted smiling on his way into an LA gym yesterday. The whole McConaughey clan is gushing about their youngest member, as his brother Rooster is the one who revealed MM's pride about making a baby girl.

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden hosted a lavish New Year's bash in Vegas, but over the weekend it was back to their regular schedule. Fresh off a 5 a.m. return to LA, January 1 required some caffeine for Nicole before fitting in a New Year's Day hike. Saturday they grabbed lunch at the 8 oz. Burger Bar. Joel twittered about returning to the studio on Sunday, and Nicole had her own life updates - including a celebrity sighting of Monica Lewinsky. Yesterday, the Richie-Maddens were spotted heading into Cash Warren and Jessica Alba's house for a playdate. Nicole and Joel's family is one of your favorites for 2009 and they're already off to a sweet start this decade.
