Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt brought their kids to San Servolo Island in Italy yesterday fully equipped with Easter baskets for a private egg hunt to celebrate the holiday. The family is familiar with spending their Spring vacations in Europe, and this trek wasn't too far from their temporary Venice home. Knox and Vivienne hitched rides on mom and dad's hips, though lately we've been seeing a whole lot more of Angelina with the children than Brad. She and the twins have made a tradition of their morning balcony routine, while Shiloh and Zahara get to have their own adventures with their responsible purchaser parent. This time, however, Angelina's bag of choice was a backpack to hold all the chocolate and Springtime treats for her little bunnies.

Various combinations of Jolie-Pitt family members ventured out in Venice on Saturday and Sunday this weekend. The twins Knox and Vivienne didn't make any appearances, but the older kids are becoming experts navigating their way on and off those boats. On Saturday, Shiloh slicked back her short hair to match her leather jacket while on Sunday she kept covered up in her skull and crossbones hat. Maddox was sporting a mohawk showing Shiloh that she's not the only badass in the family. It's no surprise that Brad didn't change his mind and shave off that beard since our last sighting, but his controversial facial hair isn't getting in the way of his Heartthrob Bracket standing so far.

Zahara, on the other hand, is sticking with her adorable coat collection. On Sunday, the family was supposedly off to visit Angelina's The Tourist costar Johnny Depp and his family at their temporary home elsewhere in the city. He's still riding high at the box office with Alice in Wonderland easily winning at the box office again. He and Angelina put in a long week of work filming on the canals, and apparently the costars still want to spend time together when the cameras stop rolling.

Angelina Jolie spent her morning shooting The Tourist with Johnny Depp, but in the afternoon she met up off set with Shiloh, Maddox, Pax and Zahara. Angelina didn't bring her other mini me Vivienne out this time, but the twins have gotten their share of Venice adventure as well. While Angelina is stepping out in her chic black boots with girly Z, big brothers Pax and Maddox and tomboy Shi, the activist actress is also keeping up her philanthropy work. A school for girls she funded in Afghanistan opened last week, only a year and a half after her visit to the country as part of her work with the UN inspired her to donate.

The Jolie-Pitts skipped Sunday's Oscars, where Brad's Inglourious Basterds costars arrived turned out in force, instead staying in Venice to have family time with their kids. Angelina Jolie had this afternoon off from work on The Tourist, and she joined Brad Pitt in taking Maddox and Pax to see an art exhibit at one of Venice's museums. She and Brad enjoyed a similar day out yesterday, when they brought Shiloh, Vivienne, and Knox out on their latest gelato run. Angelina has been logging long hours on set with her costar Johnny Depp, though his companion Vanessa Paradis is reportedly not thrilled about their project. She's is rumored to have been unhappy about the required sex scenes, given Angelina's reputation for falling in love with actors, but we're not buying these inevitable stories since Vanessa has never been described as the jealous type and their relationship seems so strong.
