Dancing On Ice has been billed as a cursed reality TV show because several contestants have suffered injuries while rehearsing. Frankie Poultney’s partner, Chris Fountain, dropped her accidentally during a difficult move.
Frankie hurt her head and spine in a whiplash consequence reaction. She spent the remainder of the day in physiotherapy. A source said that Frankie might not be able to perform in Sunday night’s show. Chris expressed his remorse because he blamed himself for losing his grip on Frankie’s hands.
This season’s Dancing On Ice had Suzanne Shaw falling and suffering a gash and cracked rib. Michael Underwood had an accident and broke his ankle.

Frederick Boyle has been accused of murdering his wife and hiding her corpse in a green drum for 23 years. Mrs Edwina Boyle was missing since Oct. 1983. Frederick excuse her absence by saying that she eloped with a truck driver named Ray. Her body was hidden at the family home in Carrum Downs, near Melbourne, Victoria.
The Boyles were married on February 26, 1972.
The people in the house could not understand why there was a barrel in the yard. One occupant, Michael Hegarty, the ex son-in-law of Frederick, finally opened the green drum during a cleaning exercise. He discovered a hessian bag and women’s clothes inside. Frederick immediately took the hessian bag and dumped it into a disposal bin outside the house. Michael was suspicious and went to have a second look at it and discovered the bag of bones.
The police investigated and found that Edwina could have died from a bullet to her head. Frederick denied killing her. He said he found her body and hid it because he was afraid that he would be the first suspect.

Danielle Heaney, 22, and Nick Cameron, 28, are half sister and half brother. They were apart when they grew up. They met and fell in love with each other. Danielle said that she knew that it was wrong legally and morally but she felt that it was a right relationship with Nick.
Danielle and Nick share the same mother but had different fathers. They met at their Susan, mother’s house in Glenrothes, UK. Susan, 48, wanted her children to meet and make up for lost time. She did not expect that she would have the horror of discovering their incestuous relationship when she suddenly walked in on them making out.
Danielle was married and had a daughter but after falling for Nick, her husband moved out, taking their daughter along. The police and court have warned them against committing further incest.

Steven Kazmierczak has been identified as the gunman who burst into a lecture auditorium at Northern Illinois University. He was on medication but stopped taking his meds and showed erratic behavior over the last few days.

Steven used 4 guns. He bought 2 new guns, 6 days ago, which hinted that his attack had been planned. There was graffiti on a University wall that tipped off about a gun attack but nobody took it seriously.
No motives were established although the police and the buzz was around the hypothesis of a rejection gone wrong. The massacre happened on Valentine’s Day. Four of the five victims who died at the scene were women. Two more victims have died in hospital when this story was written.
An eye witness said that Steven did not talk and he seemed to fire at specific students. However, another said that he fired wildly into the group of 140 students. After he was satisfied, he committed suicide by blowing his brains out.
This was the 4th US school gun attack in a week. The story is developing as the authorities might reveal more after investigations. We mourn the dead and pray for the survivors.

Kerry Marie Allen outside the Sydney Opera House.
Kerry Marie Allen, 24, a British Backpack traveller, was killed in a freak accident. She was a passenger in a car that rolled over when her driver swerved to avoid running over a lizard on the road. The other passengers in the car were not seriously injured and were hospitalized.

Kerry’s mother, Linda Allen, said that Kerry had been travelling for 3 months. Kerry’s friend, Kelly, said that Kerry was always happy, easy to get along and loved life. She had worked as a call center operator to save for her trip overseas. Her friends have already written tributes to her on her Facebook website page. Her body was expected to be flown home in 2-6 weeks’ time.
